At Woodpecker Furniture Studio, we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders. However, please note that we do not schedule deliveries on national or public holidays. If your delivery date falls on a public holiday, it will automatically be rescheduled to the next working day.
Our logistics partners also observe public holidays, and we appreciate your understanding as we work to coordinate deliveries in the most efficient way possible.

Yes, we deliver across Pune and the surrounding areas. Our services extend to various localities, including Wakad, Hinjawadi, Aundh, and Pimpri-Chinchwad. If you're located within Pune city limits, we offer free delivery and installation. For areas outside the city, delivery charges may apply, depending on the distance and logistics involved.

At Woodpecker Furniture Studio, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted, often made to order. As a result, next-day delivery is not available on most orders.

Yes, we recommend that you or an authorized person is present at the time of delivery to inspect the product and sign off on the delivery receipt.
